HoodCrush Child Safety Agreement

This Child Safety Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is formulated by the operator of the HoodCrush application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our"), aiming to clarify our commitments and obligations in protecting the safety and legitimate rights and interests of minors. We fully comply with the Google Play Children’s Safety Standards, Google Play Content Policies, as well as the relevant laws and regulations on child protection applicable globally and in the regions where the Application is distributed. Your use of the Application (including users of the Application, guardians of minors and other relevant parties) shall be deemed as having read, understood and agreed to abide by all the terms of this Agreement.

I. General Provisions

We are committed to providing a safe, civilized and child-appropriate environment for all users, always putting the protection of minors at the top priority. We strictly follow the core requirements of Google Play Children’s Safety Standards and adopt a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM/CSAE), child exploitation, behaviors endangering children’s safety, and any acts that harm or endanger minors.

This Agreement is a supplementary agreement to the "HoodCrush User Agreement" and has the same legal effect as the User Agreement, the Privacy Policy of the Application and the relevant rules of Google Play. If there is any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Google Play Children’s Safety Standards, Google Play Content Policies or other relevant rules of Google, the relevant rules of Google shall prevail; if any matter is not explicitly stipulated in this Agreement, the relevant compliance requirements for child protection in the Google Play Store and the relevant laws and regulations shall apply.

II. Core Child Safety Standards

To effectively protect the safety of minors, regulate platform behaviors, and strictly meet the requirements for listing on Google Play, we clarify the following core safety standards, which all users and relevant parties must strictly abide by:

  1. It is strictly prohibited to upload, share, promote, disseminate or request any content related to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM/CSAE), including but not limited to text, images, videos, links and other content involving pornography, abuse and exploitation of minors. Any such content will be immediately deleted upon discovery, with no tolerance.
  2. It is strictly prohibited to induce, accost, conduct pornographic communication or any other improper interaction with minors in any form, and it is forbidden to conduct any contact or communication that may harm their physical and mental health with minors through the Application.
  3. It is strictly prohibited to publish or disseminate any content that involves sexualized descriptions, depictions, paintings, dialogues or relevant discussions of minors. We resolutely resist any acts and related content that sexualize minors, in line with the Google Play Content Policies and the relevant provisions on the protection of minors.
  4. It is forbidden to collect, use, disclose or leak the personal information of minors (including but not limited to name, age, contact information, address, portrait, etc.) without the explicit authorization of their legal guardians. We strictly follow the "minimum necessity" principle to protect the security of minors' personal information.
  5. We strictly implement an age verification and age-appropriate access control mechanism, verify the user's age through reasonable technical means, restrict minors from accessing inappropriate functions and content in the Application, and ensure that the service content is appropriate for the age of minors.
  6. We adopt a dual monitoring mode combining automatic detection and manual review to conduct real-time monitoring of all content and user behaviors on the platform, promptly discover and clean up harmful content endangering the safety of minors, and prevent relevant risks.
  7. For content that violates this Agreement and relevant child safety standards, it will be immediately deleted and blocked; for violating users, permanent account suspension will be adopted in all cases, and legal liability will be pursued in accordance with the law if the circumstances are serious.
  8. If any illegal or criminal activity involving minors is found, we will immediately report it to the local law enforcement agencies, child protection organizations and relevant competent departments in accordance with the law, and fully cooperate with the investigation, evidence collection and disposal work of relevant departments to fulfill our social responsibility as a platform.
  9. A special user reporting channel is established to facilitate users to timely report suspicious content, illegal behaviors or relevant clues involving the safety of minors, ensuring that the reported information is handled in a timely manner.

III. Reporting of Violations

If you find any content or behavior that may violate this Child Safety Agreement and endanger the safety of minors during the use of the Application, please immediately contact our customer service team. We will conduct verification and handling within the reasonable time limit required by Google Play, and timely feedback the handling results to you, so as to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors.

IV. Supplementary Provisions

We will revise this Agreement from time to time in accordance with the updates of Google Play Children’s Safety Standards, the revision of relevant laws and regulations, and the actual situation of platform operation. The revised Agreement will be publicly posted in a prominent position of the Application and will take effect immediately after being posted. If you have any objection to the revised Agreement, please immediately stop using the Application; continuing to use the Application shall be deemed as agreeing to the terms of the revised Agreement.
