HoodCrush User Agreement

Welcome to the HoodCrush application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") is intended to clarify the rights and obligations between you and the operator of the Application (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our"), and to strictly comply with the relevant policies, terms and compliance requirements of the Google Play distribution platform, ensuring that your use of the Application conforms to all regulations of the Google Play Store. Please read and understand all contents of this Agreement carefully. Your use of the Application shall be deemed as acceptance of and compliance with this Agreement and relevant policies.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration, logging in, or using the Application through any other means (including but not limited to browsing content on the Application or using partial functions provided by the Application), you shall be deemed to have fully read, understood and voluntarily agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy of the Application, as well as the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, Google Play Content Policies, Google’s Children’s Safety Standards and other relevant rules. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy or Google’s relevant rules, please immediately cease all use of the Application’s services. The rights and obligations between you and us shall terminate on the date you discontinue use.

2. Eligibility to Use

You confirm and warrant that when using various services of the Application, you are at least 18 years old, have full civil capacity, and may independently bear all legal liabilities and relevant risks arising from your use of the services. The Application strictly complies with the Google Play Children’s Safety Specifications and the Measures for the Protection of Minors Online, and explicitly does not provide any services to persons under the age of 18, nor accepts registrations from minors. If we detect users under 18 through technical screening, user reports or other means, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate their accounts and delete relevant user information, so as to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors and ensure compliance with Google Play Store requirements.

3. User Code of Conduct

To maintain the normal operation order of the Application platform, protect the legitimate rights and interests of all users, and strictly abide by the Google Play Content Policies and applicable laws and regulations, you shall not engage in any of the following acts that violate laws and regulations, public order and good morals, the provisions of this Agreement or Google Play Store rules during your use of the services:

• Post or disseminate any illegal, violent, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, terrorist, cult-related, defamatory, insulting or other inappropriate content, or text, images, videos, links or other materials that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, copyrights, etc.); refrain from posting any risky information that may harm the physical and mental health of minors, in compliance with the Measures for the Classification of Online Information That May Affect the Physical and Mental Health of Minors.
• Impersonate any individual, legal person, other organization, official staff of the Application or Google Play officials, forge identity information or qualification certificates, or provide false or misleading information to mislead other users or third parties.
• Abuse platform functions, including but not limited to malicious harassment of other users, sending spam messages, malicious flooding, committing fraud, extortion or other illegal or irregular acts; interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Application, tamper with application code, or impair the normal user experience of others; comply with Google Play anti-fraud and anti-harassment policies.
• Violate any applicable local laws, regulations, administrative rules, as well as various rules, policies and announcements issued by the platform; engage in any unauthorized commercial activities, illegal redirection or other irregular activities through the Application without permission; comply with Google Play application operation specifications.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Some value-added functions and exclusive services within the Application are available only through payment. Specific payment standards, service contents and validity periods shall be clearly marked on the relevant function pages. You may voluntarily choose to purchase according to your own needs. All paid services comply with Google Play In-App Purchase (IAP) policies.
• If you choose to subscribe to the Application’s paid services, the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, yearly, depending on your selected subscription type), and the renewal fee will be automatically deducted at the original subscription price, unless you actively cancel the renewal through your Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the subscription expires, in accordance with Google Play subscription management specifications.
• Pursuant to the latest Google Play payment policies, all payment transactions are processed through official Google Play payment channels or authorized third-party payment channels (in compliance with Google’s 2026 open payment regulations). We do not directly collect or store any of your payment-related information (including but not limited to bank card numbers, payment passwords, verification codes, etc.). Payment security is guaranteed by the Google Play platform and relevant payment channels, while strictly adhering to Google’s fee structure of "service fee + payment settlement fee".
• You may manage your subscription services at any time through your Google Play account settings, including viewing subscription periods, canceling auto-renewal, changing subscription types, etc. After cancellation, your subscription service will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle, and paid fees are non-refundable (unless a clear refund policy applies and you meet Google Play refund rules and relevant conditions).

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content within the Application (including but not limited to text, images, icons, interface designs, program code, trademarks, logos, brand identifiers, etc.) is the exclusive property of HoodCrush and its affiliates, protected by intellectual property laws and regulations of relevant countries and regions, and compliant with Google Play intellectual property policies. Without the written permission of HoodCrush, no entity or individual may copy, disseminate, modify, reprint, quote or use for other commercial purposes, nor infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Google or third parties.
• For all content posted or uploaded by users on the platform (including but not limited to text, images, videos, opinions, etc.), intellectual property rights remain vested in the users themselves, who shall have the right to lawfully dispose of their own posted content. However, you hereby irrevocably grant HoodCrush a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, transmit, edit, promote and reasonably use such content within the scope necessary for providing and operating the services. This license shall remain effective after you delete content or terminate your account, to ensure service continuity and normal display of historical content, in compliance with Google Play content usage specifications.

6. Disclaimer

• As the provider of an online social platform, HoodCrush only provides technical services and platform support for user communication and interaction, strictly following the Google Play platform liability principles. We shall not be liable for any interactions, speech disputes, property losses, personal disputes or any direct or indirect consequences arising therefrom between users through the platform. Users shall resolve disputes among themselves through negotiation or legal channels to protect their rights and interests.
• You shall be solely responsible for protecting your personal information (including but not limited to account passwords, personal contact information, identity information, etc.) and account security, and properly keep account login credentials. Any account theft, information leakage or other losses caused by your improper operation, password disclosure, third-party theft or other reasons shall be borne by you independently and shall not be attributable to the Application. Meanwhile, all risks related to offline activities (including but not limited to personal injury, property loss, etc.) shall be unrelated to the Application and shall not impose any liability on us, in compliance with Google Play disclaimer requirements.
• In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods and typhoons, as well as unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances such as network outages, server failures, policy adjustments and Google Play platform service anomalies) that results in the suspension, interruption or unavailability of the Application’s services, we shall not be liable, will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly, notify users within a reasonable scope, and cooperate with the Google Play platform in emergency handling.

7. Account Termination

If you breach any provision of this Agreement, provide false identity information or personal data, engage in illegal or irregular activities, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, violate Google Play relevant policies or rules, or harm the interests of the platform or other users, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account access without prior notice and without any compensation liability, in compliance with Google Play account management specifications. Upon account termination, you will no longer be able to use any services of the Application, and we reserve the right to delete relevant information in your account, except as otherwise required by laws, regulations and Google Play rules. You may also apply for account cancellation on your own. After cancellation, relevant services and account information will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Google Play data processing rules.

8. Children’s Safety and Compliance

The Application explicitly does not provide any services to or accept account registrations from persons under the age of 18, and strictly complies with Google’s Children’s Safety Standards, Google Play children’s app policies, the Measures for the Protection of Minors Online, the Measures for the Classification of Online Information That May Affect the Physical and Mental Health of Minors and other relevant laws and regulations. We have adopted reasonable technical measures to screen for minor usage and established convenient complaint and reporting channels. 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The execution, performance, interpretation of this Agreement and dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Application is published and Google Play relevant policies. Any dispute arising between you and us in connection with the use of the services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the jurisdiction where the Application is published, and cooperate with the Google Play platform dispute mediation mechanism.

Supplementary Note

If any provision of this Agreement conflicts with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, Google Play Content Policies, Google’s Children’s Safety Standards or other Google rules, such Google rules shall prevail. Matters not expressly agreed herein shall be subject to relevant compliance requirements of the Google Play Store.
